Performance Dashboard

This is our project's data pipeline dashboard. I was the sole designer on the project for about 3 months handling all aspects of the design work including user research, mockups and wireframes etc.
The design starts with a generalized overview of information for execs. Here they can see at a glance if the system as a whole is performing and possible reasons as to why/why not. The top section is a burn-down chart showing the +/- delta of targeted efficiency with supplemental statistical callouts on the left side. On the bottom is a pipeline health graphic that illustrates each departments multi-layered efficiency with highlighting for overages of bandwidth thresholds.
Below this generalized view are sections dedicated to each stage of the pipeline. Here Managers and ICs can get more information specific to a stage. This is the information that gets bubbled up to the top Exec view.
