Facebook employees engage in many external engagements throughout the year. These include speaking, writing, etc. There existed an older tool that allowed an employee to request the ability to participate in an engagement, and a manager or supervisor the ability approve or deny that request.

This landing page builds on top of the existing tool and introduces an executive view across KPIs.

The graphs can be populated by a few drawdown selectors at the top of the page.

From there the user can scan for information across two different data sets broken down by yearly and monthly scopes.

Last, should the user want to know specifically, what users are associated with a key metric, they can select that metric on the top and the appropriate data will be populated in the list of users below.
